Cancellation and Refund Policy

Activity Protection

Activity Protection is an optional add-on available at checkout that allows you to cancel your booking for a refund of your ticket price. Two tiers are offered:

Cancellation windows are based on the local time zone of the experience. The protection fee itself is not refundable. Activity Protection must be purchased at the time of booking and cannot be added afterward.

Cancellations with Activity Protection

If you purchased Activity Protection and cancel within your tier's window, your ticket price is refunded. The protection fee is retained.

Cancellations without Activity Protection

If Activity Protection was not purchased, or if the cancellation window has passed, refunds are not available. We will convert the full value of your booking to Crawl Entertainment Group credit, so the value of your reservation is not lost.

No-shows

No-shows are not eligible for a refund, including bookings with Activity Protection. Protection applies only when a booking is actively cancelled within the window. If you miss your experience, reach out and we will convert the booking to company credit.

Company credit

Crawl Entertainment Group credit is valid toward any Crawl Entertainment Group experience, in any city we operate in. It is not restricted to the city or the product of the original booking.

Fan Weekend Takeover events

Fan Weekend Takeover tickets are non-refundable. With at least seven days' notice, your purchase converts to fully transferable company credit toward any future Fan Weekend Takeover, in any city. Deposits are included and carry the same terms.

If we cancel

Occasionally an experience is rescheduled when it has not met its minimum guest count, because the experience is not the same without a group. When that happens we reach out with alternative dates that already have guests booked. If none of those times work, you may choose a full refund or company credit.
